Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and orders regarding products and services.
  • Order entry.
  • Resolve customer complaints via email or over the phone.
  • Light follow up on customer payment status.
  • Creating documents.
  • Using QuickBooks desktop version, MS Excel, and MS Word on a daily basis.
