WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
The standard schedule goes from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime available.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Our Customer Experience Coordinator is the go-to support person for account executives and our wellness team, stepping in as needed to help with a wide variety of administrative and customer service responsibilities. From supporting customer communication and event logistics to maintaining administrative files and wellness initiatives, you'll play a very active role in our office. You'll be responsible for:
  • Updating customer information and coordinating broker communication
  • Assisting with bulk/regulatory communication, including compliance-related forms, company announcements, product rollouts, and wellness activities
  • Drafting and proofreading professional correspondence, marketing materials, and other resources
  • Coordinating logistics for internal meetings, benefit fairs, onsite visits, and vendor meetings
  • Overseeing customer recognition activities, including welcoming new members and celebrating milestones
  • Supporting various projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
  • Elevating the member experience and delivering incredible customer service
