ACCOUNT SUPPORT - MEMBER SERVICES REP RESPONSIBILITIES:
You'll provide critical administrative support to our account executives and wellness team, collaborating with staff to enhance the member experience and provide seamless service. Depending on business needs, you could be drafting and proofreading correspondence, coordinating meetings and events logistics, or maintaining communication between customers and brokers. You'll oversee company communication (announcements, product rollouts, marketing materials, etc.) and ensure all activities are HIPAA-compliant. Prioritizing the member experience, you'll coordinate recognition activities like welcoming new customers and celebrating milestones. Supporting administrative projects as needed, you'll make a widely felt impact every day!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and follow HIPAA regulations
  • Ability to learn and master internal systems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Outlook
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
  • High school diploma or equivalent

The following are preferred but not required:
  • Customer service, administrative support, or account coordination experience
  • Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits industries
  • Some college coursework

COMPENSATION & PERKS:
Our Account Support - Member Services Rep earns a competitive wage based on experience and qualifications.
You'll typically work 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday with overtime available.
