Position Details

Position title - Customer Experience Coordinator

Reports to - Customer Experience Manager

Classification - Full-Time / Non-Exempt / Hourly / On-Site

Position Overview

The Customer Experience Coordinator will be responsible for managing large amounts of inbound calls and Help Desk tickets in a timely manner. They will identify customer's needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions. In addition to offering support to customers this position can serve as the primary contact between the stores and the customer. Looking for motivated professionals with a strong customer service background. Must be comfortable speaking on the phone with customers. Must have the ability to multi-task! Fast-paced environment handling up to 100 calls and or Help Desk tickets a day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently maintain information flow related to customer requests
  • Keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
  • Manage the issuing of credits and return authorizations
  • Ensures that any customer complaints have been resolved in a satisfactory manner obtaining guidance/approval from the supervisor when necessary
  • Work schedule weekends and evenings on a rotating basis
