Customer Account Coordinator
Our client is hiring a Customer Account Coordinator to support internal teams by accurately entering data, processing requests, and responding to inquiries. Responsibilities include:
- Provide basic information related to orders, accounts, or service requests.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Process orders, service requests, and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain organized electronic records and files.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure data accuracy and timely processing.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, administrative support, or office operations
Preferred:
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically the packaging industry
- Experience working with a proprietary operating system, specifically Amtech
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
