Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customer Account Manager (CAM) will provide appropriate solutions and assistance to customers and other
departments to support the Sales Solutions team. This role is a brand ambassador and subject matter expert,
taking complete ownership of resolving customer issues while extracting additional value for Noregon products.
This individual will assist peers within the Sales department with tasks and projects, learning the responsibilities of
other roles in the process. The AM will submit new customer and renewal orders, and review/verify correctness
and resolve order submission issues, comparable to any Sales member. The development of these skills will allow
for multiple avenues for growth/advancement within the Sales team.
