Job description

About Abstrakt Marketing Group
At Abstrakt Marketing Group, we're not just selling services-we're selling growth, opportunity, and success. As a vibrant, full-service marketing company, we're laser-focused on mastering the Art of Business Growth. Recognized as a Best Place to Work by the St. Louis Business Journal, a ten-time Inc. 5000 recipient, and one of the fastest-growing companies in St. Louis, we're proud to be a powerhouse of innovation and collaboration.
If you're driven by a passion for results and thrive in an energetic, growth-focused environment, this is your place to shine. Want a peek into our world? Check out our culture.
Scope of Role
As an Associate Partner Account Manager, you'll spend your first six months learning how we deliver for clients from the ground up. That means getting hands-on with the SDR side of the business: prospecting, appointment setting, and building the kind of predictable pipeline that drives real client growth. You'll learn what great business development looks like from the inside out - and you'll do the work, not just observe it.
From there, you grow into full account management - becoming the connective tissue between our clients and their growth goals. Building trust, managing partnerships, and delivering outcomes that matter.
Pass your certification at six months and you officially step into the full Partner Account Manager role. Defined progression, built into the job.
This is the entry point into six-figure career opportunities at Abstrakt - including sales, sales management, and account management. Earn your certification and you're already on the path to $100K+ by year two.
Fully trained on the industries, services, and client needs across our portfolio - representing approximately $250K in annual revenue - you'll be ready to:
Master the SDR fundamentals: prospecting, outreach, and securing meetings that drive client pipeline
Manage business development for client partners by setting appointments that pave the way for growth
Grow into full client relationship ownership as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Drive account performance by identifying opportunities, removing friction, and keeping clients engaged and retained
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client deliverables are executed on time and on target
Track and report on account health metrics, proactively flagging risks and opportunities
Hit your milestones, pass your certification, and step into the full Partner Account Manager role at six months
This isn't a holding pattern - it's a runway.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role. You'll start in-office to build the foundation - learning our people, our process, and our clients. As you grow and hit your milestones, you'll earn increased remote flexibility. Great account management is built on trust, and we build that together.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree from a top U.S. university
Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
Strong communicator - written, verbal, and interpersonal
Competitive, coachable, and hungry to grow
Perks of the Job
Clear Career Path: Associate Partner Account Manager → full Partner Account Manager at six months upon certification. No guesswork, no politics.
Comprehensive Benefits: Health, vision, dental, 401(k) matching, PTO, and wellness benefits.
Charitable Contribution: Annual Abstrakt Gives Back Day, charitable leave, and donation matching.
Downtown Convenience: Free gated parking in the heart of St. Louis.
Training for Success: 10 business days of paid training plus an ongoing structured certification program.
Culture and Community: From Abstrakt Gives Back Day to our Holiday Party, Company Picnic, and Fun Fridays - we work hard and celebrate big.
If you're ready to learn the craft, build meaningful client partnerships, and earn your place as a full Partner Account Manager, we want to hear from you. Apply today.
Equal Opportunity Employer
Abstrakt Marketing Group is an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
