At 7 17 Credit Union, we believe in helping people improve their lives financially while strengthening the communities we serve. We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Partnership Account Manager.

This role is responsible for cultivating, growing, and maintaining relationships with workplace and business partners to increase membership, deposits, loans, and overall engagement with 7 17 Credit Union. If you thrive on building connections, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving measurable results, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll DoRelationship Management & Growth
  • Manage a portfolio of 100+ workplace partners, serving as the primary point of contact for relationship management, retention, and growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with workplace partner contacts to ensure exceptional service and ongoing engagement.

  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to evaluate partnership success and identify growth opportunities.

  • Develop strategic marketing and promotional plans with workplace partners to increase awareness and participation in Credit Union programs and services.

Business Development & Sales
  • Achieve and exceed membership growth, product penetration, and revenue goals within assigned workplace partner accounts.

  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify member needs and generate referrals for Credit Union products and services.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective workplace partners with 50+ employees within assigned territories.

  • Leverage networking opportunities, community involvement, charity events, and corporate functions to identify and secure new partnerships.

Community & Partner Engagement
  • Represent 7 17 Credit Union at benefit fairs, open enrollments, employee orientations, workplace meetings, community events, and other partner activities.

  • Deliver engaging presentations and educational sessions that showcase the value of Credit Union membership.

  • Communicate proactively with partners through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, phone calls, and email.

Reporting & Analysis
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software.

  • Provide timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

  • Analyze membership, loan, deposit, and revenue trends to identify opportunities for increased penetration and growth.

QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • Equivalent combinations of education, experience, and training will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business development, relationship management, account management, sales, financial services, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of relationship management and business development best practices.

  • Knowledge of financial institution or credit union products and services preferred.

  • Experience using CRM software to manage relationships, sales activities, and reporting.

Technical Skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on findings.
