Job description

Sales & Client Support
  • Support Account Executives with all pre-sale and post-sale activities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between clients, Account Executives, Creative, and Ad Operations to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Assume account management responsibilities for Account Executives during absences, as needed.
  • Assist with client communication and provide exceptional customer service throughout campaign execution.

Campaign Management
  • Schedule and process all client contracts within the company's order management system.
  • Enter and manage advertising orders across all media platforms, including print, digital, social media, email newsletters, and other advertising products.
  • Coordinate the trafficking and scheduling of all client social media campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify campaigns that are underdelivering or under pacing. Collaborate with internal teams to implement optimizations and ensure campaigns meet delivery goals.
  • Ensure all campaign components launch on schedule by proactively managing deadlines and deliverables.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Generate campaign performance reports using Google Ad Manager, Sailthru, and other reporting platforms.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly client performance reports.
  • Develop professional mid-campaign and end-of-campaign presentations that communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations.
  • Assist the VP of Media Revenue & Partnerships with revenue tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Creative & Asset Management
  • Coordinate the collection and organization of all print and digital creative assets for upcoming campaigns.
  • Work closely with clients, Account Executives, and the Creative team to secure new artwork, revisions, and campaign materials.
  • Ensure all creative assets are received, approved, and delivered according to production schedules.

Sales Operations
  • Maintain weekly and monthly revenue tracking reports.
  • Create client proposal presentations highlighting integrated advertising opportunities and campaign recommendations.
  • Develop sales collateral, including media kits, sales sheets, promotional materials, specification sheets, holiday cards, and other marketing resources.
  • Manage advertising calendars for eDaily, eWeekly and Dedicated Email campaigns to ensure accurate scheduling and execution.

  • 2-5 years of account management, advertising operations, media sales support, or project management preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager, Sailthru, CRM systems, and digital advertising platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
