Job description

We're looking for a mid-level Account Manager to support high-profile branding and marketing initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment. This person will serve as a key day-to-day client partner while helping manage creative projects from initial brief through final delivery.

Location:

Birmingham, MI – hybrid preferred, open to fully remote

Hours: 40 hours/week

Duration: 6–8+ weeks, potential for extension or conversion

Start: Within 1–2 weeks

Pay: $35-40+/hr.

What You'll Do:

Manage day-to-day client relationships and project requests across branding, advertising, and marketing initiatives Partner with creative, strategy, production, and account teams to keep projects moving efficiently Translate client needs and feedback into clear creative briefs and actionable next steps Manage creative reviews, revisions, approvals, timelines, and deliverables Develop and manage project estimates, budgets, scopes, and financials Lead internal and client-facing status meetings and presentations Maintain strong quality assurance, version control, and proofreading processes Develop a strong understanding of the client's business, brand, and objectives Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing client relationships What We're Looking For: 3–5+ years of account management/client services experience, ideally within an advertising, branding, or creative agency Experience managing integrated branding, advertising, and/or digital marketing campaigns Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills Experience partnering directly with creative teams and managing projects through the creative process Comfortable managing budgets, estimates, scopes, and project financials Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience with project management platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Healthcare industry experience is a plus
