As an Advertising Account Executive you will secure new clients and ensure that existing clients remain satisfied with our advertising products and services. Our Advertising Account Executives are enthusiastic; self-motivated and organized. You must be passionate about solving local business marketing challenges and increasing new accounts. Your responsibilities include identifying clients' needs and presenting Digital & Print advertising options to best meet those needs.


To be successful, you should demonstrate effective written & verbal communication skills and be able to build rapport with clients. Ultimately, an outstanding Advertising Account Executive should achieve excellent customer service and continually meet or exceed sales goals & quotas.


Advertising Account Executives responsibilities include:

-Calling, networking and knowledge of the demographic information about our media outlet's audience

-Building and sustaining long lasting relationships with existing and potential clients

-Compiling audience data and research to present it to clients and potential clients

-Attending sales onsite sales training and daily team meetings

-Selling advertising products and services by communicating the benefits of various types of advertising

-Providing recommendations on suitable formats and advertising mediums

-Preparing advertisements for sold products with our in house graphic design team


Advertising Account Executives requirements include:
