Job Description
About us:
Translation Excellence (TE) is a top-notch language services agency that Nisar Nikzad started back in early 2010. We're really proud to offer a wide array of services in over 250 languages. These include localization, certified translation and interpretation, American Sign Language (ASL), bilingual analysts, equipment for simultaneous interpreting, transcription services, Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART), desktop publishing, foreign language instruction, and cultural competency training.
Nisar's story is pretty inspiring. He moved to the U.S. from Afghanistan when he was young and, during his college years, started working with nonprofits helping immigrants and refugees adapt and succeed in the States. He realized how crucial communication is in helping people reach their goals. This led him to freelance translation and interpretation, and eventually, he founded Translation Excellence. It's all about helping people overcome communication and cultural barriers.
Since 2010, we've really grown and now we're one of the leading language service agencies in the U.S., serving individuals, corporations, and government agencies. Even though we've expanded nationwide, we've kept our original corporate culture intact. We're all about providing top-notch service, valuing the perspectives, attitudes, and beliefs of our team and clients - they're our main driving force. Over the years, we've fostered a strong sense of family and community within our company, and we extend this approach to our interactions with clients and linguists too.
About the role:

We're a dynamic hub where we help top international brands and organizations communicate and operate seamlessly across the globe. Thinking this sounds great, but haven't worked in the language sector before? No worries! TE is much more than your typical translation agency. We offer a diverse range of services - from interpretation, multicultural and digital marketing, SEO, and website globalization, to multimedia projects, video production, e-learning, training, and legal support services. And guess what? All our services and client partnerships are backed by state-of-the-art software platforms designed to optimize business processes.
If you're someone who thrives in an innovative, energetic workplace, and loves the idea of working on diverse projects, TE could be the perfect fit for you!
Let's switch gears and talk about you:
Are you the kind of person who's ready to dive in and make a real impact? Here at Translation Excellence, we're all about embracing those who are ready to take on challenges headfirst. We're offering a rapid growth path complete with comprehensive training in our services, technology solutions, and workflows. What we really value are strong communicators and relationship builders, individuals who can stay calm under pressure, and take true ownership of their roles, ensuring the success of their clients.
Does this resonate with you? If so, we're eager to connect! This exciting opportunity is located at our Aurora, CO office, right near Nine Mile Station at I-225 & S. Parker Rd. Beyond a promising career path, we also host regular social events to foster a vibrant work culture.
If you're ready for this journey, we're ready for you. Let's talk!
