Job Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for marketing preventive healthcare services by building and maintaining external partnerships with police officers, fire departments, and educational facilities. As the main point of contact for patients, the Program Manager assists with scheduling appointments and provides appropriate instructions to ensure an efficient preventive healthcare experience. The Program Manager ensures adequate follow-up with patients after their preventive healthcare visit from the PA or MD regarding test results and other recommended care. The Program Manager uses their best efforts to solicit and promote the hospitalโ€™s services to internal referral sources, broadening the hospitalโ€™s patient care across the community.

Essential Functionsย 

  • Responsible for relationship building, developing, and maintaining strong professional relationships with healthcare providers, hospital staff, and patients.
  • iiBrands the hospitalโ€™s services through effective communication with patients and community partners.ย 
  • Coordinates presentations and community to promote health screenings.
  • Works collaboratively with the management team on business development to develop strategies and implement the hospitalโ€™s brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
  • iiProvide accurate information dissemination ensure informed decision-making by healthcare providers.
  • Conducts need assessments, develops program goals, monitors performance, and prepares reports for stakeholders
  • iiGathers feedback from healthcare professionals to support improvements in the hospitalโ€™s services.
  • iiAttends healthcare events and meetings to brand and attract patient volume to the hospital. ย 
  • iiFosters positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence the targeted group in the decision-making process.
  • iiKeeps accurate records and documentation of calls and other activity for reporting and providing feedback to the hospital.
  • Continuously stays abreast of knowledge on new medical research, industry trends, and company products to remain an expert resource for client.

Minimum Education/Certifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent commensurate experience.

Minimum Work Experience
