  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets by executing effective sales strategies.
  • Make 100+ outbound calls each day to find, close, and build relationships with shippers; negotiate terms and work with our team on the management of daily shipments.

We'd love to hear from you if
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • You have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in logistics or similar).
  • You're punctual (work starts at 7:00 A.M. on-site).

  • You're coachable and eager to learn.
  • You have excellent negotiation, communication, and customer-service skills.
  • You're highly organized, possess excellent time-management skills, and are obsessed with delivering results and maintaining order.
  • You're used to meeting and exceeding quotas in a fast-paced sales setting.

Schedule & Location
  • Monday to Friday, alternating Saturdays, on-site in Chicago.
