How does an executive driver typically coordinate with executives and their assistants to ensure timely and efficient transportation?

Executive drivers work closely with executives and their assistants to plan routes, adjust to last-minute schedule changes, and accommodate special requests. They often use real-time communication tools, such as messaging apps or direct phone calls, to receive updates and instructions throughout the day.
