About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our new Jacksonville, FL distribution center. This role combines hands-on warehouse operations with light administrative duties, including processing paperwork and authorizing order releases. The ideal candidate is comfortable on a forklift, takes pride in their workspace, and brings a positive, customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts to load and unload semi-trucks, trailers, and box trucks
  • Manage inventory using First In, First Out (FIFO) method
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipping paperwork accurately
  • Authorize and release customer orders as per company procedures
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in inventory system
  • Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe at all times
  • Conduct general maintenance and upkeep of warehouse space
  • Interact courteously with customers during pickups or deliveries
  • Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a team-focused environment

What You Need to Succeed

  • Must pass a background check and drug test
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
  • Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Attention to detail when handling inventory, paperwork, and customer orders
  • Comfortable using basic inventory software or learning new systems
  • Friendly and dependable personality with a team-first mindset
