Job description

Position: Customer Experience Assistant (aka Director of First Impressions)
Location: DeNooyer Ford - Vicksburg, MI

About the Role:

If you've ever dreamt of being the hero of the service lane, ensuring every customer feels like they've walked the red carpet, then we've got the gig for you!
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Proficient level oral and written communication skills.
  • A professional demeanor that radiates authenticity, paired with a hint of playful charm.
  • Driving skills that meet the highest standards of safety and precision.
  • A valid Michigan driver’s license (Mario Kart doesn't count).
  • Fluent in English, both in speech and on the keyboard.
  • Computer and telephone wizardry.
  • Notable patience, handling occasionally frustrating situations with calm and understanding.
  • A willingness to grow with the organization and learn additional aspects of the job
Day-to-Day:
  • Ensuring every customer feels like royalty within 5 seconds of entering our domain.
  • Being the guardian of cleanliness – from seat covers to service areas.
  • Brewing the perfect coffee and ensuring our water never runs dry.
  • Playing detective by tracking vehicles and noting every detail such as VIN, customer name, tag number, mileage, existing damage, etc.
  • Being the chauffeur of dreams, driving customers or delivering vehicles.
  • Keeping our service waiting area looking like a 5-star lounge.
  • Embracing diversity and working harmoniously with our awesome team.
