Dealership Mobile Service Porter / Customer Experience Assistant

We are looking for a dependable and professional Mobile Service Porter to join our dealership team. This position plays an important role in supporting our Mobile Service Department, assisting customers, delivering parts, and helping create a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Transport customers to and from their homes or other local destinations as needed
  • Pick up and deliver customer vehicles when required
  • Deliver parts to technicians, customers, or other dealership locations
  • Assist the Mobile Service team with daily operational needs
  • Help provide excellent customer service and support customer advocacy efforts
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and helpful attitude with customers and employees
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors, technicians, and management
  • Assist with keeping dealership and service areas organized when needed
  • Represent the dealership in a professional and courteous manner at all times


Ideal Candidate:
