Job description

Customer Experience Associate

FPA – Fort Worth, TX
Full-Time | In-Person | Paid Training

FPA is seeking motivated, personable, and dependable individuals to join our Fort Worth team as Customer Experience Associates.

This is a full-time, in-person, customer-facing position. Customer Experience Associates work directly with customers while representing established client brands, answering questions, explaining available products and services, and helping create a positive customer experience.

No previous sales experience is required. Paid training is provided to help new team members learn our client campaigns, products, customer engagement process, and professional communication standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide clear information about client products, services, and current promotions
  • Answer customer questions and identify individual customer needs
  • Assist customers with product and service selections
  • Support customer acquisition and enrollment
  • Maintain accurate customer information when required
  • Represent client brands professionally and positively
  • Build rapport and provide a strong customer experience
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
  • Develop communication, customer engagement, and leadership skills

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking and interacting with customers face-to-face
  • Professional, dependable, and punctual
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Coachable and able to apply feedback
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Reliable transportation to the Fort Worth work location
  • Available for full-time, in-person work

Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, promotions, events, or another customer-facing environment is preferred but not required.
