You find customer experience associates in a variety of settings, such as retail stores, tourist locations like campgrounds and wineries, and health care supply companies. As a customer experience associate, your job duties include greeting guests, helping them find products, learning what they are looking for in a service, or resolve a complaint. To become a customer experience associate, you need a high school diploma or equivalent and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.

Job description

Be the voice and advocate for our districts, ensuring every implementation drives measurable student success.

About the role

Our Customer Experience Associates are obsessed with making districts wildly successful. You'll own a portfolio of partner districts from kickoff through renewal — onboarding new schools, monitoring usage and outcome data, and proactively surfacing wins and risks. You see customer success as a craft, and you light up when a teacher emails to say 'this changed everything for my students.'

What you'll do
  • Own onboarding, training, and ongoing relationship management for a portfolio of districts
  • Proactively monitor usage, engagement, and student outcome data to identify wins and risks
  • Run quarterly business reviews with district leaders and translate data into clear narratives
  • Be the trusted day-to-day point of contact — responding quickly, clearly, and with empathy
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with PD, Support, Engineering, and Product to remove blockers
  • Capture customer stories, testimonials, and case studies
What we're looking for
  • Former educator strongly preferred
  • Genuinely infatuated with amazing implementation and district success
  • Empathetic communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Track record of building trusted relationships with school stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented project management mindset — nothing falls through the cracks
  • Comfort using CRM, support, and analytics tools
Nice to have
  • Experience in EdTech customer success or account management
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM
What you'll love about Collej AI
  • A front-row seat to district transformation stories
  • Tight feedback loops with product and engineering
  • A team that treats customer obsession as a core value, not a slogan
