As the primary point of contact for our homeowners, you'll build lasting relationships, provide concierge level service, and coordinate each project from start to finish. What you'll be Doing:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing concierge level service from project kickoff through installation.
  •  Manage assigned projects, coordinate with internal teams, and keep every project moving toward installation.
  •  Anticipate customer needs, resolve obstacles, and proactively address issues before they escalate.
  •  Keep homeowners and teammates informed through clear, timely updates and coordination.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and accurate project records.
  • Continuously build your knowledge of our products, processes, and systems.
  • Balance multiple homeowner relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience.


What we're looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, project coordination, account management, hospitality, or a related customer facing role.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating across teams, and keeping work on track from start to finish.
  • A natural communicator who builds trust, provides exceptional service, and confidently navigates both positive and challenging customer interactions.
  • Able to prioritize competing responsibilities, anticipate next steps, and take ownership of moving projects forward.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and confident resolving issues while collaborating across multiple departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain processes to homeowners and internal partners.
  •  Highly organized with a commitment to accuracy and thorough documentation.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an insurable driving record.
  • Experience in construction, home improvement, project coordination, or LEAN methodology is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of customer service, administrative support, or project coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
