Job description

Customer Service Agent

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Agent. The Customer Service Agent will handle direct communication with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include delivering an excellent customer experience, managing customer support tickets, and maintaining a professional and empathetic approach during interactions. The role involves working collaboratively with the team to enhance customer service processes and meet performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach
  • Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with apps/platforms
  • Interest in customer support, fintech, or digital products
  • Basic understanding of Bitcoin, Gold, or cryptocurrencies is a plus, but not required
