Sharpcontra is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our support team in Santa Ana, CA. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding service experience. The ideal candidate is empathetic, solution-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
