We’re seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our Fort Myers, FL Support Center. If you’re passionate about home automation and want to be part of a team that values innovation, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer experiences — this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
This is a dynamic, multi-faceted position blending Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, and Retention. The ideal candidate will demonstrate agility in managing high volumes of written and verbal communication while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Deliver exceptional support to customers, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Build strong relationships and present solutions to retain customers and prevent service cancellations.
  • Work closely with management to optimize retention strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts in the CRM and vendor portals to ensure smooth service experiences.
  • Monitor and follow up on past-due balances, collaborating with customers to resolve billing issues.
