Job description

The Jordan Insurance Group is seeking a driven, accountable, and growth-focused Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. This is not a sit-back management role. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives on results, builds strong culture, and drives consistent production. What You’ll Do:

  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales team members

  • Lead and coach a team of insurance producers

  • Drive daily sales performance and accountability

  • Set weekly production goals and track KPIs

  • Conduct sales training and skill development

  • Monitor call quality and follow-up systems

  • Collaborate directly with agency owner on strategy and growth

  • Maintain personal production standards (lead by example)
