Total Expected Compensation: $90,000-$130,000+

We are a large Allstate Insurance agency seeking an experienced leader to oversee sales performance, team development, and daily operations across two locations.


This is not a desk manager position.


We're looking for someone who enjoys building teams, coaching people to higher performance, solving problems, and driving results.
