Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Process customer policy change requests.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Generating insurance quotes.

Be outstanding at relationship building.

Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

Work independently and as part of a team.

Handle customer renewals.


Requirements

Property and Casualty Licenses are required - prior Allstate preferred.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Be a fantastic presenter.

Prior Sales Experience.

Career minded vision.

Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
