Role Description The Account Manager Intern will support the agency’s day-to-day operations by assisting with customer service, basic account management, and administrative tasks. This internship role is on-site at the Sioux Falls, SD office, providing hands-on experience in a professional insurance environment. Daily responsibilities may include answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing quotes under supervision, updating customer information, and helping with policy reviews. The intern may also assist in outreach efforts, such as follow-up calls, email communication, and supporting local marketing activities. Qualifications
