Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay Rate: $50,000/year (based on experience) + 50% commission on new business, bonuses, commissions & full benefits Location: On site | Chesterfield, VA 23832 Licensed P&C Sales Agent Job Responsibilities: Developing insurance quotes, delivering sales presentations, and closing new business. Growing a strong pipeline through telephone prospecting, referrals, and networking with external centers of influence. Responding to client inquiries, resolving concerns, or directing issues to the appropriate resource.
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long‑term relationships. Building strong rapport from a cold start with both prospective and existing clients. Meeting or exceeding business production goals and targets set by management.
