We deliver a full suite of EPCOM services, including engineering, procurement, construction, operations, and maintenance. Our core capabilities include ASME code welding, mechanical and civil construction, and electrical & instrumentation services. We are Professional.
We are Relationship-Driven.

The Role
We are hiring a Sales Representative to support Total-Western's continued growth across the Western U.S. This is a business-facing, relationship-driven role focused on developing new client relationships, expanding market presence, and connecting client needs with Total-Western's high-quality, safety-driven solutions.
This is not a transactional sales role. It is a field-aware, relationship-based commercial role where you will:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial markets
• Build trust with prospective clients by understanding their operational challenges
• Represent Total-Western's capabilities with professionalism and credibility
• Partner closely with internal Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams
• Help shape long-term growth strategy, not just chase short-term wins
You will be a key ambassador of the Total-Western brand in the market.
What Success Looks Like
• Clients trust you and see you as a long-term partner
• You consistently build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• You understand client operations and position solutions effectively
• Internal teams value your insights and collaboration
• Market awareness and brand presence increase because of how you show up
• You are thinking ahead, identifying opportunities before they become urgent
Why This Role Is Special
This is a unique opportunity to:
• Represent a respected industrial services company with a long-standing reputation
• Build meaningful client relationships across diverse industries
• Work closely with experienced operations and engineering teams
• Influence commercial strategy and market positioning
• Have autonomy, visibility, and real impact on company growth
• Be trusted, supported, and valued as a business partner
Who You Are
We care more about how you think, how you show up, and how you build relationships than a specific sales title.
• You understand how industrial environments work
• You know how to speak to both executives and operational leaders
• You know how to listen first, then offer solutions
• You are credible, proactive, and relationship-driven
• You take pride in representing a strong brand with professionalism and integrity
You might come from:
• Industrial services or construction sales
• Business development
• Operations or project-based environments
• Energy, manufacturing, or EPC-related industries
What You'll Do
Drive Business Development
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted industrial sectors
• Research prospective clients, projects, and market opportunities
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to initiate and grow client relationships
Build Client Relationships
• Understand client operational needs and challenges
• Communicate Total-Western's capabilities and value proposition clearly
• Serve as a trusted point of contact during early sales engagements
Collaborate Internally
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams
• Support proposal development, presentations, and pre-bid activities
• Share market intelligence and client insights to strengthen positioning
Manage Pipeline & CRM
• Maintain accurate records of prospect activity and opportunities
• Track pipeline progress and support forecasting and planning
Represent the Brand
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
• Build awareness of Total-Western's services and capabilities
• Strengthen market presence through professional, consistent engagement
Continuously Improve
• Provide feedback on outreach strategies and market trends
• Contribute ideas to improve sales and business development processes
Preferred Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development
• Experience in industrial services, construction, energy, or EPC-related industries strongly preferred
• Understanding of industrial maintenance and construction environments
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Work Environment
• Remote role with significant field engagement
• Travel required within the Western U.S. for client meetings, job sites, and industry events
• Flexibility to support business needs as they arise
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 annually
Benefits Include:
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Professional development and growth opportunities

We want to understand you, not just your resume.
To apply, please submit:
