Requirements

Essential Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Establish an account base of new home contractors to generate $4,000,000+ of annual sales through prospecting and lead follow-up
  • Quote projects and prepare sales orders.
  • Design solutions for home builders.
  • Problem-solve challenging situations.
  • Assists in other areas as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Ability to build positive long-term relationships with customers and company employees
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak to customers and sales team
  • Ability to maintain a positive, professional, constructive attitude as a team player
  • Dependable, prompt and reliable
  • Ability to follow a proven sales order process and respond positively to feedback
  • Effectively manage time, set a schedule that aligns with home construction industry hours, and prioritize key activities

Work Environment

Position is completely remote and in the field. Must be comfortable navigating working construction sites (loud noise, dust, heavy machinery) and abiding PPE requirements where needed. Work is year-round so exposure to wind, rain, snow is possible. High level of customer service interactions, in person and over the phone. Must have a reliable vehicle. Able to lift up to 20 pounds.


Compensation and Benefits


Salary plus Commission; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with match, Short term and Long-term Disability, Company paid Life Insurance, Profit Sharing


Salary Range: 

$62,000 to $500,000 per year (Includes commission potential earnings)
