Job Description

Key Job Duties:

The primary responsibility of the position is to drive and grow new business revenue. You'll manage client relationships to ensure that your clients' needs and requirements are met. This will require you to serve as their advocate within Farmers to provide them with a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and options. Other exciting and fulfilling responsibilities include:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis
  • Manage and support staff

  • Contact customers to sell multiple types of insurance policies
  • Use our proven marketing systems to develop a long term source of prospects
  • Determining clients' particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments; determining extent of present coverage and investments
  • Make a difference in people's lives with information about coverage and help customers when disaster strikes
  • Enhancing agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing

    • Have or willing to get both property/casual and life/accident/health insurance licenses
