Campo Insurance Agency is looking for an ambitious Insurance Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Ogden, Utah.


This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers protect what matters most. If you're competitive, self-motivated, and enjoy working toward measurable goals, this could be the career you've been looking for.


As an Insurance Sales Consultant, you'll work with prospective clients to identify their insurance needs and provide customized coverage solutions, including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life, and other personal insurance products.


We believe success comes from consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Our team provides the coaching, support, and systemsyou bring the work ethic.


Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, uncapped commissions, and monthly performance bonuses. High-performing producers have the opportunity to earn $30,000+ during their first year.

Responsibilities
  • Handle 4060 inbound sales opportunities each week while actively following up with prospects
  • Quote and sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life, and complementary insurance products
  • Produce 20 or more new households or $50,000+ in new Property & Casualty premium each month
  • Complete 2030 follow-up conversations daily with active prospects
  • Develop 2+ new referral partnerships each month within the local community
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation in the agency CRM
  • Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly production goals
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first conversation through policy issuance

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain one before starting
  • Previous sales experience preferred, especially in insurance, financial services, or inside sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven with a competitive mindset
  • Coachable and open to continuous improvement
  • Honest, dependable, and professional
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Able to work on-site in our Ogden office
  • Authorized to work in the United States
