We're hiring a full-time Insurance Sales Producer to help individuals and families find the right protection for their vehicles, homes, and loved ones. This position is based in our Ogden, UT office and offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing agency.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound insurance inquiries and conduct 8–12 insurance consultations each day
  • Recommend and sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life, and related insurance products
  • Achieve 20+ new households or $50,000+ in monthly written premium
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with all assigned prospects until a buying decision is reached
  • Build referral relationships with local businesses and community partners
  • Keep detailed customer notes and activity records in the agency management system
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and agency performance expectations
  • Represent Campo Insurance Agency with integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Property Casualty License or ability to obtain one quickly
  • Background in sales, customer service, or another performance-based environment
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working toward measurable goals and production expectations
  • Highly organized and dependable
