Join the Connexion Point Team!
Connexion Point is looking for experienced and licensed Medicare agents to support individuals eligible for Dual Special Needs Plans (DSNP) through compassionate, consultative telesales conversations. In this role, you'll connect with prospective members, often navigating both Medicare and Medicaid, helping them understand their coverage options, answer questions, and guide them through enrollment with clarity and care. While this is a sales position, the focus is on building trust, simplifying complex benefits, and delivering a supportive, respectful experience for every individual you assist.

Schedule
Training runs Monday through Friday. Once AEP begins (October 1), you'll move to your assigned production schedule from our Workforce Management team. Production schedules include at least one weekend day per week.
This is a seasonal role running through AEP/OEP. Our best-performing agents are considered for extended opportunities as client needs allow.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective DSNP Medicare members, focused on sales, education, and enrollment
Guide individuals through Dual Special Needs Plan options, helping them understand Medicare and Medicaid benefits and eligibility
Support prospects through the enrollment process with clarity, accuracy, and a high level of care
Meet performance expectations around sales goals, call quality, conversion metrics, and schedule adherence
Keep communication current with your supervisor and team
Attend team meetings and training sessions throughout the season
What We're Looking For
Required:
  • Active Health or Health & Life license
  • Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience
  • Comfortable working across multiple software systems
  • Strong communicator with a service-first approach
  • Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP
  • Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
  • Willing to complete a background check
  • Basic computer skills and tech knowledge
  • Preferred:
  • Telesales or contact center experience
  • Familiarity with Medicare DSNP
