Join our team as a Resident Manager and help provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment for youth and young adults experiencing homelessness. If you are compassionate, motivated, and committed, you'll make a great fit in our program!Your role will be to:- Foster a safe, respectful, and welcoming living environment
- Support residents with day-to-day needs and program expectations
- Monitor facility operations and resident activities
- Respond to concerns, emergencies, and resident inquiries as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Work collaboratively with staff to promote resident well-being and program success.
