As a Resident Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, helping to maintain their physical and emotional well-being. Additionally, you will help to ensure the safety and security of our residents by monitoring their behavior and reporting any concerns to management.
