What You'll Do
  • Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, dressing, grooming, mobility, dining, and reminders.
  • Encourage participation in social events, activities, and community programs.
  • Build positive relationships with residents and help enhance their quality of life.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or behavioral well-being.
  • Respond promptly and compassionately to resident requests and emergencies.
  • Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
  • Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Follow community policies, safety procedures, and training requirements.
What We're Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
