How to become a resident manager?

While many hotels require you to have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field to be a resident manager, some jobs only require an associate degree or work experience. In the degree programs, you study the basics of hotel management, business administration, and customer service to gain the skills you need to be successful. Experience in other management or hospitality positions is also helpful.
