Hourly non-exempt
We are searching for a Resident Services Associate for our apartment community in Hurst! As the Resident Services Associate, your primary duties are recording and resolving resident issues, assisting residents in maintaining lease compliance, issuing lease violations, and maintaining a method for tracking resident complaints and compliments. Requirements
  • At least 1 year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.

Responsibilities
  • Maintains a positive customer service attitude.
  • Resolves resident complaints and disputes including, but not limited to community policies, lease violations, renewal increases, rent payments and lease contracts.
  • Assists residents in maintaining current renters' insurance.
  • Contacts residents following issuance of a lease or community violation charge to explain the violation to the resident in achieving compliance.
