Resident Services Coordinator Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.

  • Experience using modern healthcare tech, CRMs, or EHRs. Direct experience with ExaCare is highly preferred, but training will be provided for candidates with strong digital literacy.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with hospital discharge planners, families, and clinicians.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous data accuracy.
