Job Title: Assisted Living Director

Location: Tulsa, OK
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 with bonus opportunities based on census

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assisted Living Director to lead the daily operations of the AL department within the larger continuing care retirement community. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong business acumen, proven marketing skills, and hands-on experience in assisted living or senior care. Candidates must possess a solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the assisted living department, including resident care, staff management, and financial performance, within the larger framework of the CCRC
  • Collaborate with ownership and leadership to implement strategic goals and operational improvements
  • Drive occupancy and stability through strategic relationship building and quality service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations governing assisted living communities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to maintain high standards of care and service
  • Foster a positive, resident-centered environment that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting to meet performance targets for the assisted living department


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in assisted living, senior housing, or related healthcare setting
  • Strong business and financial management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of assisted living regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to build relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Director or Administrator in senior living
  • Previous experience in Memory Care
  • RCAL licensure is a plus, but not required
