SENIOR LIVING SALES DIRECTOR

Symphony Linden, a premier provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, and assisted-living memory care services, is seeking an Senior Living Sales Director.  

PURPOSE:

To authentically build relationships and advise our prospects and their families through the assisted living decision.

To market and promote the center to the population who need assisted living and/or memory care and to any referral sources who could recommend our quality services.

To assist in achieving budgeted census and position the center as "the place to be" through a comprehensive and creative sales plan.

SENIOR LIVING SALES DIRECTOR QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: A high school diploma is required. An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.

Related Experience: Experience in health care such as long-term care, assisted/independent living, DME, marketing, lead management, sales, and social media experience preferred. 

WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN, but you must demonstrate qualities such as the ability to sell and market, a sense of urgency, ability to build relationships, comfortable asking questions and listening, compassion, solid follow-through, creativity, attention to detail, persistence, determination, and the ability to close. 

SENIOR LIVING SALES DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Internal sales such as SNF to assisted living conversions, phone inquiries, tours, lead management, and sales closing skills.

100% compliance with the CRM. 

Complete initial screening of admissions with the assistance of the AL Director. 

Obtain necessary paperwork and community fees for admission and initiate resident records.

External sales to create/increase referral patterns and leads.

Create, promote, and host every other month community events at the center.

Create and implement advertising/marketing/social media plans.

Community and professional networking.

Willing to travel within and outside the surrounding communities.

Support customer service programs/initiatives for guests and families.
