We have a Fulltime Sales Director role based out of Dallas, TX. And the ideal candidate should have 10 - 15 years demonstrated experience selling IT services to retail customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Individual contributor selling our IT Service offerings to retail customers and responsible for generating new business  in retail markets
  • Need to sell our expertise in Oracle Xstore, JDA, Manhattan, Demandware, ATG and other areas like Testing services, Business Intelligence and Analytics in the retail space.
  • Aspire specializes in OmniChannel, Strategic Store Solutions, Merchandise Operations, Retail Supply Chain, Predictive Analytics, Retail Test Automation and Digital Services and this position is expected to bring in new logos along these lines.
  • Have built a strong retail products (say Xstore, DW, JDA) alliances with sales reps. 
  • Strong industry connects in the retail space
  • Experience in working with Onsite/Offshore sales model for retail sales
  • Responsible for understanding Retail services offerings and competitive issues.
  • Responsible for the growth of services by winning new accounts with services led sales
  • Learn and have in-depth knowledge of IT Retail Services and products and technologies, competitors, industry trends
  • Build own pipeline through demand generation & targeted campaigns to Retail customers.
  • Will identify, forecast, and pursue services opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from opportunity creation to the sales close
  • Responsible for the services revenue and profit goals for the West Coast, USA region
  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients
  • Manage and close Retail sales opportunities through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Coordinates involvement of company resources, including delivery, support functions, and management team to meet sales performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

Skills:

  • Ability to win retail implementation projects and of particular interest will be POS (Xstore), ATG/DW e-commerce, Selling mCOM, WMS (Manhattan or JDA).
