Job Overview
As a Sales Intern at Twelve, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting our Retail Sales team while learning how creative merchandising and branded products come to life. Working under the Director, Sales and cross-functional teams, you'll assist with showroom preparation, sample management, sales operations, and administrative projects that help deliver an exceptional client experience.
What You'll Do
  • Support the Retail Sales team with day-to-day sales activities and client initiatives.
  • Assist with preparing customer meeting materials, showroom setup, and product presentations.
  • Coordinate customer samples, including organizing, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
  • Help track customer orders and maintain accurate records in internal systems and customer portals.
  • Perform data entry and assist with product and item setup using Excel and other internal tools.
  • Prepare reports, organize documentation, and provide general administrative support to the sales team.
  • Participate in special projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Creative, Production, and Operations.

Who You Are
  • A rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field.
  • Passionate about branding, design, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
  • Eager to learn, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22/hr.
This is a fully onsite internship with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week.
