OUR BRAND:
As one of the fastest growing independent beauty brands, Pixi Beauty has built an incredible worldwide reputation and is quickly becoming one of the most recognized brands in the industry. Due to our continued success, we are expanding and looking for a passionate Operations Intern to join our team.
ROLE:
We are looking for a motivated Operations Intern to support our Operations Department with day-to-day departmental needs. This internship will help you acquire skills and abilities and provide you with vast knowledge into our various projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain finished goods and component inventory tracking by warehouse within our inventory and accounting software systems.
  • Weekly reconciliation of inventory within the system and investigation of miss-alignment.
  • Partner with internal teams for obsolescence review process.
  • Partner with the demand planning team to understand replenishment plans and ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Responsible for purchase orders and transfer orders receipt in NetSuite, matching quantities to our NetSuite transactions, and receipt of goods provided by warehouse. Investigate any discrepancy.
  • Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations on components at select vendor locations.
  • Intercompany flow: be responsible for warehouse transfer and transactions
  • Preparing documents, packing lists, commercial invoices and shipping instructions.
  • Review and send fill rate/cut reports weekly for retailers providing key performance indicators for the outbound and inbound teams
  • Fulfill outbound orders to ensure fulfillment accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Working towards your Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or relevant field
  • Passion for the Beauty Industry, a plus
  • Must have a positive, team player attitude
  • Must communicate clearly and professionally, both verbal and written
  • Must have the ability to problem solve and manage time successfully
  • Must be highly organized and adaptable within a fast-paced environment
