Job Description
Within the Digital team, the E-Retail Operations Intern will support the Regional E-Retail Specialist in the day-to-day execution of Dior's digital activities across LATAM's online retailers, with a strong focus on digital asset coordination, online visibility, and execution of campaigns in our online retailers. Working closely with Central teams, local markets, and our agency, the intern will ensure digital assets are available and implemented on time, product campaign content is accurate and up to date, and Dior maintains a strong and consistent present across retailer websites.
Digital Asset Coordination
  • Coordinate digital assets for product launches, campaigns, and key commercial moments across LATAM markets.
  • Ensure required product, campaign, and social media assets are available and shared with markets and the e-retail agency on time.
  • Request and follow up on missing assets with Central teams.
  • Review local adaptations, including translations, captions, copy, formats, and links.
  • Track asset availability, implementation timelines, and expiration dates to ensure content is published, updated, and removed as required.
  • Support launch and campaign readiness by ensuring all required digital materials are available ahead of key dates.

Online Visibility & Website Monitoring
  • Regularly review Dior's presence across retailer websites to ensure accurate and consistent online execution
  • Monitor product pages, assortment, content, search visibility, categorization, and key digital placements.
  • Verify that new products, campaigns, and digital placements are correctly implemented and live on time.
  • Identify missing, outdated, or incorrect content and coordinate necessary updates with the e-retail agency.
  • Monitor Dior's overall visibility and positioning across key retailer digital touchpoints.

Competitive Monitoring & Opportunities
  • Monitor competitor activity, digital visibility, launches, promotions, and retailer activations across key e-retailers.
  • Track relevant market trends and changes in the online retail environment.
  • Identify potential opportunities to strengthen Dior's online visibility and share relevant findings with the Regional E-Retail team.

Agency Coordination & Operational Support
  • Work closely with the e-retail agency to coordinate day-to-day digital execution and website updates
  • Support retailer tickets and implementation requests and track outstanding actions through completion.
  • Maintain organized trackers for assets, website reviews, competitive activity, and key operational actions.
  • Flag execution issues, delays, and opportunities requiring Regional E-Retail team attention.

Qualifications
