ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Retail Excellence & Operations Intern to join the KHAITE team for this Fall '26 Semester. This role will report to the Head of Retail and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This internship is unpaid and for college credit only.
The Retail Excellence & Operations Intern will support key initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall retail experience, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the luxury retail industry and develop skills in data analysis, project management, and retail operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data from various sources to track store performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Support the team in identifying opportunities for process improvements in store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service protocols.
  • Assist in streamlining communication throughout the retail network
  • Assist in compiling and building presentations that drive team development, from leadership thru staff level
  • Conduct competitive research and benchmarking to identify best practices in the luxury retail industry.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing findings, project statuses, and KPIs.
  • Support in CRM programming creation, rollout, and analysis.

Education/Experience:
  • Currently enrolled for a Bachelor's Degree

  • Prior internship or work experience in retail or customer-centric industry. Luxury experience is preferred.
