What will you do as the Retail Operations Coordinator?

The Retail Operations Coordinator supports company-wide store operations by coordinating physical logistics, supplies, facilities follow-up, inventory support, and operational consistency across all locations.โ€ฏAlthough the title includes โ€œRetail,โ€ the role is positioned at the corporate level and serves all stores rather than being embedded in a single location.

  • Maintain and update key logs, access records, and related store documentation across all locations.
  • Monitor and organize storage inventory, including boxes, packaging, supplies, display support items, and other non-merch operational materials.
  • Coordinate ordering and replenishment of boxes, bags, shipping materials, office supplies, and store support items.
  • Support facilities coordination by tracking maintenance issues, service vendors, work orders, recurring inspections, and follow-up items for multiple locations.
  • Assist with cross-store event operations, including materials preparation, shipping coordination, setup checklists, and post-event inventory recovery.
  • Help maintain operational readiness standards across stores through audits, checklists, and routine follow-up.

What are we looking for in a Retail Operations Coordinator?

  • Strong organizational ability with follow-through on recurring operational tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience with purchasing, inventory, vendor coordination, or facilities support.
  • Comfort working across multiple store locations and balancing many small but important details.
  • Working knowledge of Excel or similar tools for logs, inventories, and ordering trackers.
