Job description

Improveit Home Remodeling is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and improve operational efficiency across the marketing department. 


The Marketing Operations Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the marketing team while also supporting content creation and communications initiatives. This role balances project management, marketing operations, branded asset management, and content execution to ensure campaigns, communications, and marketing initiatives move seamlessly from concept to completion. 


The Marketing Operations Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with a highly collaborative marketing team to ensure projects are completed on time, brand assets are well managed, and marketing operations run efficiently. 


Key Responsibilities 

Marketing Project Management & Operations 

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives from planning through execution while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. 
  • Manage workflows, timelines, and project requests using project management platforms such as Monday.com and Asana. 
  • Maintain project schedules and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and facilitate communication between departments and external vendors. 
  • Assist with prioritizing and organizing marketing requests to improve team efficiency. 


Brand Asset & Collateral Management 

  • Manage the inventory, ordering, and distribution of branded apparel and promotional merchandise. 
  • Coordinate apparel requests for employees, recruiting initiatives, events, and community partnerships. 
  • Oversee the ordering and management of print collateral, including brochures, flyers, sales materials, signage, and branded assets. 
  • Maintain organized libraries of marketing resources and brand materials. 


Content & Communications 

  • Write and edit content for both internal and external audiences, ensuring all messaging aligns with Improveit's brand voice and Core Values. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and schedule social media content. 
  • Assist with Town Hall scripting, Improveit's intranet, presentations, and internal communications initiatives. 


Campaign & Marketing Support 

  • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. 
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for company events, recruiting initiatives, and community activities. 
  • Support content calendar execution and ensure marketing deliverables are completed on time. 
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect Improveit's brand standards and strategic objectives. 
  • Assistance with additional marketing duties as required 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field preferred 
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, content creation, project management, or a related role 
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar workflow management tools 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously 
  • Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

  • Responsible and ethical use of AI tools to enhance productivity, support content development, and improve operational efficiency 
  • Experience coordinating marketing assets, branded merchandise, print collateral, or vendor relationships is preferred.
