Marketing Operations Coordinator


We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to support marketing logistics, inventory, product samples, promotional materials, and trade show activities. This role works closely with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Shipping, and outside vendors to ensure materials are prepared and delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory of marketing materials, promotional items, literature, and branded merchandise
  • Prepare and ship product samples to customers, distributors, and sales teams
  • Coordinate ordering and inventory of promotional merchandise
  • Package and ship materials for trade shows and events, including domestic and international shipments
  • Fulfill sales team requests for samples, brochures, marketing materials, and sales kits
  • Coordinate with vendors, shipping carriers, and suppliers to track orders and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate shipping, tracking, and inventory records
  • Organize and maintain marketing storage areas and materials
  • Support marketing projects and special initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with inventory management and logistics preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
