Marketing Operations Coordinator | NYC (Hybrid)


I’m currently supporting the search for a Marketing Operations Coordinator with one of the most recognizable names in retail.


This is a 40 hour/week, 6 month contract with the possibility of an extension for the right person. If you’re early in your marketing career and enjoy bringing structure to fast moving projects, this is a great opportunity to gain experience with a world class marketing organization.


What you’ll be involved in:

• Keep marketing projects moving by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and priorities

• Partner with marketing, creative, and merchandising teams throughout campaign execution

• Manage incoming requests and ensure work is progressing on schedule

• Support launch planning by tracking creative assets, approvals, and key milestones

• Help facilitate cross functional meetings and maintain project documentation

• Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively keep initiatives on track
