Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the systems, analytics, and processes that power our marketing and communications efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technology, creativity, and strategic thinking to help one of the region's largest human services organizations strengthen its brand, engage audiences, and drive measurable results.
What You'll Do
As our Marketing Operations Manager, you'll oversee the technology, reporting, and workflows that support enterprise-wide marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate with Advancement, IT, Learning & Development, and Communications teams to optimize campaigns, improve customer engagement, and ensure marketing efforts are executed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage and optimize Seven Hills Foundation's marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot CMS & CRM, Microsoft SharePoint, marketing automation, email, analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, website, email, and social media channels.
  • Build dashboards and performance reports that measure campaign success, customer acquisition, SEO performance, ROI, and audience engagement.
  • Analyze customer insights and segmentation data to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with IT to maintain website performance, ADA compliance, security, and ongoing optimization.
  • Coordinate marketing workflows, timelines, and cross-functional projects to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Supervise the Digital Marketing Specialist while providing analytical guidance and campaign support to the Communications team.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to website hosting and technical maintenance.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, marketing analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience with HubSpot (preferred), CRM platforms, marketing automation, digital analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, campaign measurement, customer segmentation, and marketing performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Exceptional analytical, project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
