We are seeking a versatile Marketing & Operations Assistant to help drive our brand presence, engage our audience, and support a variety of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.

Position Overview

This is not your typical assistants role.

You will work directly with the Director of Marketing & AIto support and execute marketing, content, data, and automation initiatives. The right candidate will help increase output, eliminate bottlenecks, and bring structure to a fast-moving operation.

If you need constant direction, this is not the role.
If you want to operate close to the engine and level up quickly this is it.

What Youll Do

Content & Social Media Execution

  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media content (Facebook, Instagram) .
  • Format and publish fire apparatus deliveries, product highlights, and high-engagement content .
  • Maintain content calendars across multiple brands .
  • Organize and manage incoming photo/video assets from field teams .
  • Perform basic image edits and formatting using Adobe tools .


Video Production & Media

  • Assist with video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro .
  • Support short-form and long-form content production .
  • Travel to job sites, fire departments, and events to capture photo and video content.
  • Help organize raw footage and final assets for distribution .


Website & Digital Support

  • Update website content (static HTML environments) .
  • Upload product pages, images, and spec sheets .
  • Assist with SEO tasks (meta titles, descriptions, structure) .


Data & Research Operations

  • Assist with building and maintaining internal datasets (fire departments, municipalities, DPW contacts) .
  • Perform targeted research on departments, equipment, and market opportunities .
  • Validate and clean structured data .


Marketing Operations & Automation

  • Assist in executing email campaigns (Brevo or similar platforms) .
  • Help organize campaign assets, lists, and workflows.
  • Support segmentation and deployment of marketing initiatives .


Administrative & Execution Support

  • Organize media libraries, files, and project assets .
  • Track ongoing initiatives and ensure execution stays on schedule .
  • Take ownership of repeatable workflows to increase efficiency .
