Job description

We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Assistant who is highly organized and detail oriented to support the smooth execution of our marketing initiatives and daily business operations. This role is essential for streamlining workflows, maintaining accurate databases, coordination event logistics, and preparing campaign materials. You will be the person who keeps everything moving, anticipating needs before they become urgent, managing details others would drop, and maintaining the systems that hold campaigns, conferences, and priorities together.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Marketing Execution & Coordination

  • Assist in rolling out digital, email, and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Draft and send communications on behalf of the marketing team.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, an follow-up on action items.
  • Draft and edit promotional copy, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, track project timelines, daily priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate the logistics, vendors, and materials for corporate events, webinars, and promotional activations.
  • Organize and maintain marketing documentation, SOPs, and file systems.
  • Track status of active campaigns and flag delays or blockers to the Marketing/Operations Director.
  • Ensure brand consistency in materials before publication or distribution.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with printers, designers, an marketing contractors.

 

Operations Management

  • Assist managers in evaluating current business processes and suggesting actionable strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain files, update logs, process invoices, and manage correspondence.
  • Monitor stock levels, track orders and track orders
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Compile operational data and generate reports for the operations team.
  • Pull and organize marketing performance data for weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Maintain dashboards and KPI tracing in project management and CRM systems.
  • Support alignment between marketing and sales by coordination shared workflows.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in an operations assistant, marketing coordinator, or operations role.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, communications, and logistics across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting a marketing, sales, or creative team is a strong plus.
  • Apparel industry experience a plus.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Suite & Google Workspace. Excel – knowledgeable with pivot tables, sorting & filtering data, charts, etc. Photoshop a plus.
  • Desire to learn and grow their experience in the marketing/operations field
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be organized.
  • Able to multi-task

 

SALARY: 75k - 85k
