About the Role


Veryon is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Assistant to support the execution and optimization of our global marketing operations. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of our marketing systems, data, and processes.


Based in our Chennai office, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Operations and Demand Generation teams to manage campaign setup, maintain data integrity across HubSpot and Salesforce, and support reporting and operational workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to build expertise in marketing systems, data management, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound lead processing, ensuring timely and accurate routing within systems
  • Support campaign setup in HubSpot and Salesforce, including building campaigns and generating UTM tracking links
  • Build, source, and maintain marketing lists using tools such as ZoomInfo, ch-aviation, and JetNet, including filtering, cleansing, and deduplication
  • Manage Rocketseed email banner operations, including updating signatures, maintaining tracking boards, and rotating campaign assets
  • Provide webinar operations support, including creating templated webinars, monitoring registrations and attendance, and auditing workflows
  • Assist with invoice processing and tracking for marketing vendors and activities
  • Maintain and improve documentation, including SOPs and onboarding materials
Requirements:


  • 2 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce integration and workflows
  • Familiarity with data enrichment and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo or similar
  • Exposure to webinar platforms such as Zoom and related marketing workflows
  • Understanding of campaign tracking, including UTM parameters and attribution basics
  • Experience utilizing AI Marketing tools, Genspark or similar
  • Experience working in B2B, SaaS, or technology environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
