Senior Associate, Consumer Bank Marketing Business Management

The Consumer Bank Marketing Business Management team directly supports the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for the Consumer Bank, partnering closely with the Marketing Leadership Team to drive the planning and execution of key marketing priorities and the Consumer Bank's overarching strategy. The team serves as a trusted advisor, managing operational effectiveness, promoting cultural objectives, and ensuring alignment across functions and senior leaders.

As a Senior Associate in the Consumer Bank Marketing Business Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Business Management Director and CMO in both day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives. You will manage a diverse book of work, lead the development of executive agendas and materials, and foster cross-functional relationships to ensure controlled execution of marketing initiatives. This role offers significant visibility to senior leaders and opportunities for impactful contributions and professional growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the development of executive agendas and materials for key meetings, ensuring effective Marketing representation in business reviews, cross-LOB meetings, Marketing Huddles, and CEO updates
  • Support the Business Management Director and CMO in planning and executing key priorities and business activities, assisting in prioritizing, implementing, and measuring business goals and targets
  • Execute independently a range of projects, from quick-turnaround tasks to larger initiatives, addressing team and stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders (Finance, Data & Analytics, Brand, Communications, HR) to achieve business objectives and ensure controlled execution of initiatives
  • Drive engagement within the Marketing organization by planning and executing Leadership Team offsites and Marketing Town Halls
  • Assist in managing operational complexities, aligning with the CMO, and strengthening the integrity of the Marketing organization
  • Develop executive-level presentation skills and create impactful meeting materials
  • Gain significant exposure to senior leaders and build a robust professional network across the Consumer Bank
  • Strengthen project management, strategic thinking, and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Take on high-visibility responsibilities, contributing to key initiatives and gaining comprehensive insights into all aspects of Consumer Bank Marketing

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 3+ years of experience managing projects in a client-focused environment
  • Outstanding ability to communicate effectively and confidently (both verbally and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over resources
  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and executive presentation building
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail; comfort juggling dynamic and complex work
  • Demonstrated initiative, ability to set and achieve challenging goals, and thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
