Coordinates and executes comprehensive internal and external marketing plans which would assist with current and future business development of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not
mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Coordinate and execute all aspects of the strategic marketing plan ensuring exceptional results.
2. Assist in the development of the Ethos marketing plan.
3. Perform market research and analysis providing all information as part of the marketing plan development process.
4. Provide marketing advice, counsel and general support for the Ethos business model.
5. Maintain and track record of all marketing efforts reporting the effectiveness making recommendations for improvements when needed.
6. Participates in the establishment of market targets and customers by creating best practices for achieving long-term profitability through
risk selection and pricing criteria.
7. Evaluate operation issues and provide marketing plan suggestions based market forecasts.
8. Provide exceptional leadership and mentoring to marketing staff to ensure business goals are met or exceeded.
9. Represent the firm in a professional manner with clients and business partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to

1. Bachelor' degree
2. Eight years of marketing experience or similar
3. Three years of MGU experience
4. Good Interpersonal skills are essential and an ability to communicate and influence at all levels
5. Clear and consistent leadership
6. Must possess and maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry
7. Ability to understand the client's needs and have knowledge of the risk profiles associated
8. Recognize new trends and developments in the insurance industry and be able to incorporate into workable strategy
9. Ability to develop, foster, and maintain an excellent working relationship with agencies
10. Good written and verbal skills
11. Maintain travel schedule depending on the needs of clients, agents, and new business
12. Ability to work extended hours when necessary
