This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, attending events, representing meaningful causes, and learning how successful brands and nonprofit campaigns connect with communities.

No previous marketing experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into leadership and management roles.

What You'll Do

As a Brand Marketing Assistant, you will work directly with our team at community events, promotional campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and brand activations.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Representing nonprofit and brand partners at events and community campaigns
  • Engaging with the public and creating positive conversations around featured causes
  • Helping execute event marketing and fundraising campaigns
  • Educating community members about nonprofit organizations, campaigns, and initiatives
  • Supporting event setup, coordination, and promotional activities
  • Building strong relationships with customers, donors, community members, and team members
  • Tracking campaign results and providing feedback to the team
  • Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
  • Learning marketing, communication, fundraising, customer engagement, and leadership strategies
What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are enthusiastic about learning and working with others. You may be a great fit if you are:

  • Motivated by goals and personal growth
  • A strong communicator and active listener
  • Positive, dependable, and professional
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Interested in marketing, events, fundraising, communications, business, or nonprofit work
  • A recent graduate, career changer, or someone looking for their first professional opportunity

Experience is a plus, but not required. We value attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

What We Offer
  • Paid, hands-on training
  • Entry-level opportunity with no prior marketing experience required
  • Professional mentorship and coaching
  • Career advancement opportunities
  • Team-focused and energetic work environment
  • Opportunities to attend community events and promotional campaigns
  • Skill development in marketing, communication, fundraising, leadership, and customer engagement
  • Performance-based incentives and bonuses [if applicable]
  • Opportunities to take on additional responsibility as you grow
Why Join Us?

If you're looking for a career-building opportunity where you can develop your communication skills, gain marketing experience, meet new people, and grow with a team, we'd love to hear from you.
